Ultra Aussie Bleeding Apple Bowerbanki
Transform Your Tank with an Ultra Grade Aussie Bowerbanki
Looking for an LPS centerpiece people notice from across the room? The Ultra Aussie Bleeding Apple Bowerbanki has apple green polyps with deep red spreading out from the centers, and that contrast gets stronger under blue reef lighting. Ultra grade Aussie bowerbanki in this coloration don't come around often, so we're excited to have this rare bowerbanki at The Coral Boutique.
Bowerbanki polyps are bigger and fleshier than the Acan lords most reefers know, so every head looks bold. It grows slowly and encrusts, adding one head at a time until it covers the rockwork as a dense mat of color. Place it low in the reef tank or on the sand bed with low to moderate flow and PAR around 50 to 150 so the polyps stay fully puffed. Leave a few inches of space around it, because it puts out sweeper tentacles at night.
