Shipping policy

Scheduling & Delivery

We schedule every livestock shipment with you. Before an order goes out, we contact you to confirm a delivery day when someone can be there to receive it. If an animal needs a little more time in quarantine, we hold it until it is ready to travel and let you know.

Ship Days

  • Livestock ships Monday through Wednesday only, on a delivery day we confirm with you
  • Orders placed Thursday through Sunday are scheduled for the next available ship day
  • We do not ship livestock Thursday through Sunday, so nothing is in transit or held at a carrier facility over the weekend

Special Requests

Have a special request, like a preferred delivery day? Place your order first, then email hello@thecoralboutique.com with your order number and what you need. We answer emails Monday through Friday during business hours, Eastern Time.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to Coral products over $399 & Fish products over $599. Orders under these listed amounts are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Shipping Options

Livestock orders can choose one of three overnight options at checkout. All three ship Monday through Wednesday on a delivery day we confirm with you.

  • Priority Overnight: our standard service. $42.79 per box, or free on coral orders over $399 and fish orders over $599.
  • Priority Overnight by 8 AM: scheduled to arrive before 8 AM on your delivery day. $62.79 per box, or $20 when your order already ships free.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: for addresses our regular overnight service can't reach. $47.79 per box, or $5 when your order already ships free. Shipping protection is not available on FedEx shipments.

Orders that combine livestock with dry goods show a single combined shipping rate at checkout.

Delivery

  • We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes
  • We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the package on the expected delivery day, because live animals should not sit in a box longer than necessary
  • If the carrier is unable to deliver and holds the package at a facility, contact us immediately at hello@thecoralboutique.com

Weather Holds

During periods of extreme heat or cold, the carrier may place a weather hold on shipments. In these cases, we will contact you to discuss options. We will not ship livestock when we believe transit conditions put your animals at risk. Your livestock's health comes first.

Local Pickup

Free same-day pickup is available at our Miami showroom at 46 NW 36th St, Miami, FL. Select local pickup at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 1 to 2 hours of placement during store hours.

Monday to Friday, 12 to 8 PM. Saturday and Sunday, 11 AM to 7 PM.
