Shipping policy
Carrier & Service
All live livestock orders ship via FedEx Priority Overnight. We do not offer slower shipping methods for live animals — this is non-negotiable for their safety.
Order Cutoff & Ship Days
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday ship the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, ship the following Monday (or next available ship day)
- We do not ship livestock on Fridays to avoid weekend transit and holding at FedEx facilities
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to Coral products over $399 & Fish products over $599. Orders under these listed amounts amounts are subject to a flat overnight shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Delivery
- We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only — we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes
- We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the package on the expected delivery day — live animals should not sit in a box longer than necessary
- If FedEx is unable to deliver and holds the package at a facility, contact us immediately at hello@thecoralboutique.com
Weather Holds
During periods of extreme heat or cold, FedEx may place a weather hold on shipments. In these cases, we will contact you to discuss options. We will not ship livestock when we believe transit conditions put your animals at risk — your livestock's health comes first.
Local Pickup
Free same-day pickup is available at our Miami showroom at 46 NW 36th St, Miami, FL. Select local pickup at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 1–2 hours of placement during store hours.
