Description

Blue Ice Extreme Snowflake Clownfish (Large)

Transform Your Tank with a One-of-a-Kind Designer Specimen

Looking for something truly rare in the reef world? The Blue Ice Extreme Snowflake is a premium designer-gradeAmphiprion ocellarisvariant selectively bred for its striking, high-contrast white patterning and unmistakable icy-blue iridescence — a combination that commands attention in any marine aquarium. These aren't your everyday designer varieties; "Extreme" designation means the snowflake patterning is maximally expressed, with irregular white patches dominating the body and the signature blue sheen intensified beyond the standard Blue Ice grade. Each specimen is genuinely unique.

Offered here at a large size, this specimen is well-established, eating confidently, and ready to become the centerpiece of your saltwater aquarium. Clownfish are notoriously personable — curious, interactive, and bold — making them one of the most rewarding species to keep in a home aquarium. They pair beautifully with host anemones in a reef tank but thrive equally without them, and their hardy disposition makes them accessible to intermediate aquarists and deeply satisfying for experienced reef keepers alike.

Acclimation

Acclimate fish carefully and introduce them into a stable, established saltwater aquarium. Match temperature and salinity slowly, keep lights low during introduction, and monitor behavior closely after release.

Photography

We photograph our fish under balanced, aquarium-safe lighting to accurately represent their true coloration and patterning. Our goal is to show how each fish will appear in a home reef or marine setup—not under overly blue or altered lighting.

Because fish are active and constantly moving, images are representative of the species and quality you can expect. Every fish is carefully selected for health, coloration, and temperament before shipping.
