Description

Perfect Corals Iron Supplement – Highly Concentrated Trace Element | 120 mL

Transform Your Tank with Richer Color, Healthier Coral

Looking for a reliable way to restore depleted iron levels and unlock the full color potential of your reef? Iron is one of the most rapidly consumed trace elements in an active saltwater aquarium, yet it's often the last one reefers think to replenish. If your corals are looking dull or your refugium macroalgae isn't thriving, iron deficiency may be the culprit.

Perfect Corals Iron is a highly concentrated, ultra-pure trace element supplement formulated specifically for marine aquarium use. Iron plays a direct role in zooxanthellae photosynthesis, which means healthy iron levels translate to deeper greens, richer reds, and more vibrant golds across SPS, LPS, and soft corals alike. At a dosing strength of 0.5 µg/L per 1 mL in 100 gallons, this 120 mL bottle delivers precise, scalable supplementation for tanks of any size. As with all trace elements, Perfect Corals recommends anchoring your dosing protocol to ICP testing so you're always working with real data — not guesswork. For best results, this supplement integrates seamlessly into the Perfect Corals Complete Tank System 2-part dosing regimen.

QUICK STATS & DOSING GUIDE

  • Details: Highly concentrated iron trace element; 0.5 µg/L increase per 1 mL dose in 100 gallons
  • Dosing instructions: Use ICP test results to determine current and target iron levels. Calculate dose using the formula: Dose (mL) = [Desired Increase (µg/L) × Tank Volume (gal)] ÷ [0.5 × 100]. Spread dosing over 2–3 days minimum; dose in high-flow areas. Retest via ICP after one month to calibrate ongoing maintenance dosing.
  • Form: Liquid concentrate
  • Shelf life: Not specified by manufacturer
  • Best for: Reef tanks with high coral demand, systems with active refugiums, or any saltwater tank showing signs of iron depletion
  • Compatibility: Compatible with Perfect Corals Complete Tank System 2-part solution; can also be dosed by hand or via dosing pump with RO/DI dilution
