Double Head Warpaint Scoly

Double Head Warpaint Scoly

Transform Your Tank with a Rare Two-Headed Showpiece

Looking for something truly one-of-a-kind in the reef hobby? The Double Head Warpaint Scoly is exactly that: a naturally occurring two-polyp formation ofScolymia australiswearing a bold, contrasting color pattern that earns its "Warpaint" name every time light hits the water. Pieces like this are not mass-produced; they are selected individually for their striking facial contrast of reds, oranges, creams, and deep greens. This is the kind of specimen that anchors a display and draws every eye in the room.

As a large polyp stony coral (LPS), the Warpaint Scoly is a rewarding centerpiece for intermediate to advanced reef keepers who appreciate slow, deliberate growth and dramatic presence. Each polyp will expand beautifully under proper lighting, extending its fleshy disc to nearly twice its skeleton size during feeding, a mesmerizing display in any saltwater aquarium. Its low to moderate flow requirements and tolerance for placement on the sandbed make it manageable, while the dual-head formation makes this particular specimen a genuinely rare find in the home aquarium market.
