Transform Your Tank with a Living Jewel of Color

Looking for a showstopper that turns heads? The Bright Sunkist Bounce Mushroom is one of the most sought-after collector corals in the hobby — a vibrant orange-gold morphs of Bounce Mushroom (Rhodactis sp.) distinguished by its signature inflated, bubble-like vesicles that catch and scatter light like nothing else in a reef tank. True Sunkist coloration in a genuine Bounce Mushroom is genuinely rare; these aren't mass-produced frags — each polyp is a unique expression of one of reefkeeping's most coveted mutations.

Bounce Mushrooms are single-polyp corals that grow slowly and deliberately, making each specimen a long-term centerpiece rather than a quick filler. They're forgiving of low to moderate flow and lighting, rewarding patient aquarists with steady expansion and occasional splitting over time. Their bold presence and manageable care make them equally ideal for seasoned collectors and intermediate reefers building a premium saltwater aquarium.

  • Water Conditions: Temperature 76–80°F | Salinity 1.025–1.026 | pH 8.1–8.3 | Nitrate <10 ppm | Low to moderate flow | Low to moderate PAR (50–150)

WHY BUY FROM THE CORAL BOUTIQUE?

Every Bright Sunkist Bounce Mushroom from The Coral Boutique is ethically sourced, fully quarantined, and carefully conditioned in our Miami facility until it is actively opening, feeding, and thriving before it ever ships to your home aquarium — because we won't send anything we wouldn't keep ourselves.

WYSIWYG on Select Items

If this coral is in our WYSIWYG collection and has one in stock, the photos show the exact frag or colony that ships to you. Otherwise, the photos may be representative.

Shipping & Pickup

Coral orders ship Monday through Wednesday. We confirm a delivery day with you before your order goes out, and we will hold it if the weather is bad or a coral needs more time in quarantine.

Coral orders over $399 qualify for free shipping. Fish orders over $599 qualify for free shipping. Free same-day Miami pickup is available at 46 NW 36th St and is usually ready in 1–2 hours.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Eligible coral orders are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. Photograph the coral in its sealed bag before you open anything, then email that photo with your order number within two hours of delivery. Our team reviews every claim and gets you an answer within one business day.

Acclimation

For best results, acclimate slowly and place new corals in lower light and flow before moving them to their final position. Coral response can vary depending on tank stability, lighting, flow, and water parameters.

Photography

We photograph our corals in house, up close, so you can judge color, shape and polyp extension. For WYSIWYG listings with one in stock, the photographed coral is the exact coral that ships.
