These terms cover text messages from The Coral Boutique, 46 NW 36th St, Miami, FL 33127.

What we text

We send two kinds of texts, and you sign up for each one separately.

Marketing texts: new arrivals, sales and back in stock alerts. You join by checking a text signup box on our website or at checkout.
Order texts: messages about an order you placed with us, such as confirming a delivery day before your livestock order ships, and updates on a claim. We only send these if you agree to receive them.

Signing up for texts is never required to buy from us.

How often

Message frequency varies. Marketing texts usually come about twice a month, with a few more during a sale. Order texts depend on your orders.

Help

Reply HELP to any text from us. You can also email hello@thecoralboutique.com or call (786) 558-5044. We answer emails Monday through Friday during business hours, Eastern Time.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text from us, at any time. You will get one text confirming that you're unsubscribed, and after that no more texts from us. You can also tell us in a reply or by email that you want to stop, and we will remove you. To join again, reply START.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who can sign up

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission. Texts are available on US mobile numbers.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text signup information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
