Halloween Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

Miami Fancy LLC, doing business as The Coral Boutique, 46 NW 36th St, Miami, FL 33127 ("Sponsor").

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry period

The giveaway starts October 24, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends October 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

4. How to enter

Fill out the entry form at thecoralboutique.com/pages/halloween-giveaway with your first name, last name, email and phone number, and agree to these rules. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Extra entries are void. Entering also signs you up for Reef Rewards and for Sponsor's marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time and still stay entered. Text messages are optional and only sent if you tick that box.

5. Prizes

First place (1): one Aussie Toxic Orange Hammer Wall coral, approximate retail value $500. Instead, the winner may choose any coral or fish listed on thecoralboutique.com, up to $500 in total retail value.

Second place (1): one free coral frag added to the winner's next order, up to $150 in retail value.

Third place (1): 15% off the winner's next order, plus double Reef Rewards points on that order.

The first place prize ships free to the winner within the 48 contiguous states, or can be picked up free at our Miami shop. Second and third place prizes apply to the winner's next order, which follows our regular shipping rates. Second and third place prizes must be used within 60 days of the drawing. Livestock prizes ship on Sponsor's regular shipping days and are covered by Sponsor's Live Arrival Guarantee.

6. How the winner is picked

Sponsor will draw the first, second and third place winners at random from all eligible entries on October 31, 2026, live on Sponsor's social media. The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries are received.

7. Winner notification

Sponsor will contact each winner by email and phone within 24 hours of the drawing. Each winner must reply within 72 hours, or Sponsor may pick an alternate winner at random.

8. Conditions

Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except as stated above. Winners are responsible for any taxes on the prize. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable. By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor may use each winner's first name and city to announce the winners, unless prohibited by law.

Information collected is used as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Not affiliated with social platforms

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube or Google.

11. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
