Bright Neon Red Trachy
Transform Your Tank with a Showstopping Centerpiece Coral
Looking for a coral that commands attention... The Bright Neon Red Trachyphyllia is one of the most visually striking open brain corals available to the serious reef keeper. Its intense, saturated red pigmentation is exceptionally rare — most Trachy collectors spend years hunting a specimen with this level of color saturation. Under reef lighting, the neon hues practically glow, making this a true focal point in any saltwater aquarium.
Trachyphyllia geoffroyi is a large-polyp stony (LPS) coral that expands dramatically during feeding, often doubling in apparent size as its fleshy tissue inflates throughout the day. It's a rewarding species for intermediate reef keepers — responsive, expressive, and surprisingly robust once settled. Placing it on the sandbed with stable water parameters and occasional target feeding will bring out the absolute best in this specimen over time.
